About the Role

As a Walk In Finance Executive at Bonn Tonn, you will be responsible for handling various finance-related tasks, including accounting, costing, and reconciliation. Your primary goal will be to ensure that all financial transactions are accurately recorded and reported in a timely manner. You will also be involved in vendor management, invoicing, and statutory filing, requiring strong organizational and analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
• Perform reconciliations of bank statements, credit card statements, and other financial accounts to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies.
• Prepare and review financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Assist in the preparation of invoices and manage vendor relationships to ensure timely payment and compliance with contractual terms.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant tax laws and regulations, including GST filing and other statutory requirements.
• Develop and implement cost-saving initiatives to optimize financial performance and improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with the finance team to identify areas for improvement and implement process changes to enhance financial management.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of financial accounting principles, including GAAP and IFRS.
• Proficiency in financial software, including accounting systems, spreadsheets, and financial analysis tools.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of GST and other tax laws and regulations.
• Certifications in finance, accounting, or a related field (optional).
