Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Office Administrator located in Guindy. The Office Administrator will be responsible for organizing and coordinating office operations and procedures to ensure organizational efficiency. Tasks include managing office supplies and equipment, providing administrative assistance to team members, coordinating schedules, and acting as a point of contact for internal and external communications. Additionally, the Office Administrator will deliver exceptional customer service and maintain a positive and efficient office environment. Qualifications Proven skills in Administrative Assistance and Office Administration Familiarity with operating standard Office Equipment and managing office operations Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal Customer Service expertise with the ability to handle inquiries in a professional manner Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities Proficiency in office software, such as word processors, spreadsheets, and email applications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration or a related field is preferred Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, on-site environment Handle suppliers, supply chain and GST, TDS fillings
