About the Role

In this role as an AR caller, you will be responsible for communicating with healthcare providers and patients to resolve outstanding medical bills. You will work closely with the billing team to ensure timely and accurate payment of medical claims. Your primary goal will be to maintain strong relationships with clients and resolve any disputes or issues related to billing.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to healthcare providers and patients to resolve outstanding medical bills.
• Communicate with clients to understand their concerns and resolve any disputes related to billing.
• Work closely with the billing team to ensure timely and accurate payment of medical claims.
• Identify and resolve any issues related to billing, such as denied claims or missing information.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions with clients, including phone calls, emails, and letters.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets for AR collections.
• Stay up-to-date with changing regulations and guidelines related to medical billing and insurance.

Skills & Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
• Excellent phone skills, with the ability to handle high-volume calls and communicate effectively with clients.
• Basic knowledge of medical billing and insurance, including US Healthcare and Physician billing.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet or exceed sales targets.
• Degree in any field (preferably in Healthcare or Business Administration).
• Knowledge of Denial Management and Hospital billing.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues related to billing.
