About the Role
Role: HR Head/Executive - Talent & People Operations Location: Chennai (On-site) Compensation: 4.0 - 6.0 LPA Experience: 0 - 4 Years Employment Type: Full-time Mission :- We are building a next-generation AI research and technology company focused on developing foundational AI systems. Building world-class AI systems requires exceptional engineers, researchers, and operators. The People & Talent team plays a critical role in identifying, attracting, and building the team that drives the company forward. This role focuses on talent acquisition strategy, people operations, and organizational development. Role Overview :- As part of the People & Talent team, you will work closely with leadership to build the companys talent ecosystem. You will help design and execute strategies to identify, attract, and retain high-quality talent across research, engineering, and business teams. The role combines talent acquisition, HR operations, and people programs that support a high-performance research-driven culture. What You Will Work On :- 1. Talent Acquisition & Recruiting Design and execute talent acquisition strategies aligned with company growth. Source candidates across platforms such as LinkedIn, Naukri, Monster, and other professional networks. Identify and engage talent from universities, research communities, and niche technical ecosystems. 2. HR Operations & Organizational Systems Design and implement HR policies, processes, and operational workflows. Manage employee lifecycle operations including onboarding, documentation, and compliance. Improve operational efficiency through structured HR systems and processes. 3. Talent Engagement & Retention Develop programs that support employee engagement and long-term retention. Help build a high-performance culture aligned with research and engineering excellence. 4. Leadership Collaboration Work closely with leadership to understand talent needs across teams. Support initiatives related to organizational growth, hiring strategy, and workforce planning.
