Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Officer. The role involves managing HR functions such as employee relations, developing HR policies, administering HR processes, creating job descriptions, and ensuring compliance with company standards. You will collaborate with management to provide strategic HR input and support the overall growth and welfare of the team. Qualifications Strong HR Management skills, including the ability to oversee recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning Experience in designing and implementing comprehensive HR Policies Proficiency in general Human Resources (HR) practices and operational processes Proven expertise in Employee Relations and conflict resolution Skill in developing clear and effective Job Descriptions Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field Familiarity with labor laws and compliance standards in India Proficiency in HR software and tools is an advantage
