The Data Analyst for Implementation & Managed Services will provide leadership with clear visibility into delivery performance, tracking metrics and project pipelines. They will build and maintain Salesforce dashboards and prepare reporting for internal and client business reviews. Additionally, they will analyze operational data to recommend improvements to delivery workflows and staffing models.
