Full Stack Engineer

About the Role

This Full Stack Engineer role involves building fast and scalable products across BJAK's AI Neobank app, working closely with cross-functional teams to turn ideas into working products quickly.

You will be responsible for building and shipping full product features across frontend, backend, APIs, and databases, creating customer and internal workflows, and turning ambiguous product problems into working systems with clean UX and reliable backend logic.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and ship full product features across frontend, backend, APIs, and databases.
• Create customer and internal workflows for onboarding, accounts, payments, rewards, travel, FX, support automation, KYC, and risk.
• Turn ambiguous product problems into working systems with clean UX and reliable backend logic.
• Work closely with product, design, mobile, backend, and AI engineers to launch fast and improve after release.
• Build internal tools and automation that reduce manual work and help teams operate at scale.
• Own your work beyond release: monitor, debug, learn, and improve.

Skills & Qualifications

• Strong full stack engineering experience with real shipped products.
• Comfortable across frontend, backend, APIs, databases, and production debugging.
• Good frontend execution using React, Next.js, Vue, or similar modern stack.
• Good backend fundamentals around APIs, data models, authentication, integrations, and reliability.
• Strong product sense and ability to simplify messy workflows.
• Able to work fast with ambiguity and own outcomes end-to-end.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Experience with databases, APIs, and full stack engineering.
