MBA Freshers (Sales & Marketing) Research Analyst

About the Role

As a Sales & Marketing Research Analyst, you will be responsible for conducting market research, analyzing data, and providing insights to inform business decisions. You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities and develop strategies to drive growth. Your day-to-day tasks will include gathering and analyzing data from various sources, creating reports and presentations, and communicating findings to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct market research and gather data from various sources, including online databases, industry reports, and customer feedback.
• Analyze data and create reports and presentations to communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers and partners to gather insights and feedback.
• Work with the sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities and develop strategies to drive growth.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity, and provide recommendations to inform business decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement business strategies.
• Develop and maintain databases and spreadsheets to track and analyze data.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1-4 years of experience in sales, marketing, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and analyze data from various sources.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex data insights to stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and experience with data analysis tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
• Strong business acumen and understanding of sales and marketing principles.
