Technical Specialist-SAP ABAP

About the Role

As a Technical Specialist-SAP ABAP, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing SAP ABAP applications and solutions. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications. You will also be involved in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to SAP ABAP.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop SAP ABAP applications and solutions to meet business requirements.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Develop and maintain SAP ABAP code, ensuring it is efficient, scalable, and meets quality standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to SAP ABAP, collaborating with internal stakeholders and external partners as needed.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to the improvement of the overall code quality.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest SAP ABAP technologies and best practices, applying this knowledge to enhance the company's SAP ABAP capabilities.
• Collaborate with the development team to ensure seamless integration of SAP ABAP solutions with other systems and applications.

Skills & Qualifications

• Strong understanding of SAP ABAP programming language and its applications.
• Experience with SAP ABAP development tools, such as SAP GUI, ABAP Workbench, and Eclipse.
• Knowledge of SAP ERP and its various modules, including FI, CO, MM, and SD.
• Ability to design and develop complex SAP ABAP applications and solutions.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications, such as SAP ABAP certification, are a plus.
