Key purpose of the role: BiofuelCircle, as it expands its operations across multiple states and regions, the activities around AR & AP take on a significant importance. BiofuelCircle has seen a huge increase in business volumes resulting in a large volume of transactions on the platform. There is a diversity of participants on the platform like Buyers, Sellers, Transporters, and Service Providers to whom payments are to be made and collected. Often this requires careful scrutiny of the receivables, payables, and cash available while managing the settlements. The key purpose of this role is to Manage the Commercial Activities like tracking accounts payables and receivables, following up on due payments, handling customer and vendor queries on payables and receivables, and preparation of commercial reports for management and to ensure the day-to-day commercial activity is smoothly managed. What Key Tasks will be involved Tracking the Accounts Payables & Receivables Follow up for Customer receivables Managing the Vendor payables Managing transporters and service providers payments and receivables Tracking the cash flow from the Commercial Operations Track and manage GST Payables and Receivables for Platform Transactions Prepare an Aging Report for Accounts Receivables Support on financial queries from Customers & Vendors and reconcile balances on a quarterly basis Opportunity: The opportunity here is to be a part of the team that will manage the commercial operations of the BiofuelCircle platform for multiple regions Supervision & Collaboration The position will be reporting to Head of Commercial. The Commercial Executive will have to work closely with other functions such as Revenue, Product Management, Account Management, Logistics operations etc.
