Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Inside Sales and Customer Support professional located in Bengaluru. The role involves handling inbound and outbound sales inquiries, generating leads, and ensuring high customer satisfaction. Additional responsibilities include maintaining communication with customers, addressing their concerns, and providing excellent customer service to enhance their overall experience with Bhoomi Farms. Qualifications Proficiency in Inside Sales and Lead Generation to effectively grow and manage the customer base Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to address customer inquiries and ensure a positive experience A commitment to achieving Customer Satisfaction by understanding and meeting customer needs Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment Previous experience in sales and support roles, preferably in fresh produce, agriculture, or food-related industries, is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is desirable
