About the Role
In this Business Development Associate role at Bhanzu, you will be the first point of contact for parents and learners, helping them understand how Bhanzu can transform a child's relationship with mathematics. You will engage with customers through calls, emails, and digital channels, understand their needs, and recommend personalized learning solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with parents and learners through calls, emails, and digital channels to understand their needs and recommend personalized learning solutions.
- Build trust-based relationships with customers, focusing on consultative and empathetic sales approaches rather than transactional sales.
- Maintain and manage leads using CRM tools, which you will be trained on.
- Work closely with senior leaders and top performers to learn real-world sales strategies and best practices.
- Own your targets and celebrate your wins openly, taking ownership of your outcomes and growth.
- Become a brand ambassador of Bhanzu's values and mission, embodying the company's purpose and culture.
Skills & Qualifications
- CRM Tools: Proficiency in using CRM tools to manage leads and customer interactions.
- Customer Engagement: Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers and build trust-based relationships.
- Graduate/Postgraduate degree: A degree in any stream is eligible for this role.
