About the Role

In this Business Development Associate role at Bhanzu, you will be the first point of contact for parents and learners, helping them understand how Bhanzu can transform a child's relationship with mathematics. Key Responsibilities

  • Build trust-based relationships with customers, focusing on consultative and empathetic sales approaches rather than transactional sales.
  • Maintain and manage leads using CRM tools, which you will be trained on.
  • Work closely with senior leaders and top performers to learn real-world sales strategies and best practices.
  • Own your targets and celebrate your wins openly, taking ownership of your outcomes and growth.
  • Become a brand ambassador of Bhanzu's values and mission, embodying the company's purpose and culture.

Skills & Qualifications

  • CRM Tools: Proficiency in using CRM tools to manage leads and customer interactions.
  • Customer Engagement: Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers and build trust-based relationships.
  • Graduate/Postgraduate degree: A degree in any stream is eligible for this role.
