Hiring: OTA Operations — Bedchambers Serviced Apartments Location: Gurugram, Haryana (office-based) Experience: Fresher (hotel management graduates and final-year students welcome; graduates from other streams with strong hospitality interest also encouraged) Reporting to: OTA leadership team About Bedchambers Bedchambers operates a portfolio of 15 serviced apartments across NCR, catering to long-stay corporate guests, families, and project teams who want hotel-grade reliability with apartment-style space. We're building a tighter, more analytical OTA function — and this role is a core part of that build. About the role This is a hands-on operations role focused on how our properties show up and sell across online travel platforms — MakeMyTrip, Booking.com, Agoda, Goibibo, and Airbnb. You'll learn the work end-to-end: listing health, rates, inventory, promotions, and reporting. Full training will be provided, but you'll be expected to contribute real value from day one. What you'll learn and own Daily rate and inventory updates across MMT, Goibibo, Booking.com, Agoda, and Airbnb for all 15 properties (full training provided) Weekly listing audits — content, photos, amenities, policies — and fixing gaps Loading promotions and offers (festival, last-minute, long-stay) accurately and on time Monitoring rate parity across OTAs daily; flagging and resolving mismatches Responding to OTA portal queries, content change requests, and listing-quality alerts Coordinating with property managers on inventory blocks and content updates Maintaining weekly reports on bookings, channel performance, and listing health You're a strong fit if you Are a hotel management graduate or in final year (IHM, IIHM, Welcomgroup, or equivalent) — OR a graduate from any stream with a clear interest in hospitality and OTA work Know your way around Excel basics (formulas, sorting, simple formatting) Have a sharp eye for detail — you naturally notice when something looks off Communicate clearly in English, written and spoken Are genuinely curious about how hotels make money online (you don't need to know it yet — we'll teach you) Bonus points (not required) Any internship that exposed you to OTA platforms, reservations, or front office Conceptual awareness of channel managers (STAAH, RateGain, eZee, AxisRooms) Familiarity with Google Business Profile Interest in long-stay or serviced apartment operations What you get Full training on OTA platforms and revenue concepts from the ground up Direct mentorship from the OTA leadership team — you'll see how rates and revenue actually move, not just where to click Real responsibility from week one A clear growth path in OTA operations and revenue management based on performance
