About the Role

As a Junior Finance Analyst at BCG, you will be working as a team member of the BCG X Delivery Finance team in India, providing advice in financial matters and being the liaison between stakeholders and broader BCG X Finance team in the region and globally.

You will be responsible for financial analysis and reporting business results, having an up-to-date view on business performance and outlook vs financial plan, and contributing to the annual financial planning as part of the BCG X Delivery Finance team.

Key Responsibilities

• Working as a team member of the BCG X Delivery Finance team in India, being a point-of contact for some of our BCG X leaders and other stakeholders managing our global X Delivery business units and X Build AP hubs.
• Financial analysis and reporting business results, having an up-to-date view on business performance and outlook vs financial plan.
• Pipeline management support for BCG X leaders, facilitation of pipeline monitoring and related reporting, validation of wins and assessment of impact on business outlook.
• Contribution to the annual financial planning as part of the BCG X Delivery Finance team.
• Management of risk exposure across our project portfolio in close collaboration with BCG and BCG X Finance teams.
• Supporting the broader BCG X Delivery Finance team with various finance ops matters.

Skills & Qualifications

• Degree in Finance, Economics or Business.
• 0-2 years of relevant work experience in a fast-paced business.
• Proficiency in using core financial tools (e.g. advanced Excel, SAP Business Objects, Alteryx, Tableau) and PowerPoint.
• Experience in professional services environment is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with stakeholders.
