About the Role
As an FLM LRR Analyst at Barclays, you will be responsible for analyzing and reviewing financial data to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal control frameworks. This role involves working closely with the treasury team to identify and mitigate risks associated with financial transactions. You will also be involved in stress testing methodologies to assess the bank's ability to withstand potential financial shocks.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyzing financial data to identify trends and areas of risk
- Reviewing and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal control frameworks
- Collaborating with the treasury team to identify and mitigate risks associated with financial transactions
- Developing and implementing stress testing methodologies to assess the bank's ability to withstand potential financial shocks
- Providing recommendations to senior management on risk mitigation strategies
- Staying up-to-date with changes in regulatory requirements and industry best practices
- Communicating complex financial data to non-technical stakeholders
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel and other financial software
- Knowledge of balance sheet and treasury operations
- Understanding of risk systems and control frameworks
- Experience with financial institution stress testing methodologies
- Certification in financial analysis or risk management (optional)
