About the Role

In this Analyst - CMP EBM Rules role at Barclays, you will be responsible for analyzing and developing EBM (Efficiency Based Margin) rules for the company's operations in Gurugram. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain EBM rules for CMP (Cash Management Product) operations in Gurugram, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Analyze business requirements and develop solutions using analytical skills and MS Excel.
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and develop solutions that meet their requirements.
• Collaborate with team members to drive business growth and efficiency through data-driven insights and process improvements.
• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards using Power Point and Service reporting tools.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
• Develop and maintain effective stakeholder relationships, communicating project progress and results.

Skills & Qualifications

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) or MBA Finance degree.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop insights.
• Proficient in MS Excel, with experience in data analysis and modeling.
• Experience with Power Point and Service reporting tools.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.
• Collaboration tooling experience, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
