Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Executive, located in Chennai. The Business Development Executive will focus on identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, maintaining long-term client relationships, and managing existing accounts. The role will also require proactive communication with potential clients, presentations, and negotiating business deals to help the company grow and maintain strong market presence. Qualifications Handle complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure. Identify and develop new business opportunities in the Chennai market and surrounding regions. Promote and sell IT hardware, cloud solutions, infrastructure solutions, cybersecurity solutions, and managed IT services. Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, partners, and decision-makers. Conduct client meetings, presentations, product demonstrations, and solution discussions. Understand customer business requirements and propose suitable IT solutions. Coordinate with technical and pre-sales teams for solution designing and proposal preparation. Prepare commercial proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals effectively. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Maintain sales pipeline, CRM updates, and regular reporting to management. Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
