Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based in Kayankulam. The Sales Executive will be responsible for conducting sales activities and achieving designated revenue targets. This includes identifying potential customers, building strong relationships, presenting financial products, and providing sales consultations tailored to customer needs. The role also involves managing leads, maintaining records, and collaborating with the sales team to achieve organizational goals. Qualifications Strong sales, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to analyze customer needs and effectively present relevant products Basic understanding of financial products or services, with prior experience in a related field being advantageous Problem-solving and decision-making abilities Proficiency in using computer systems and maintaining accurate records Self-motivated and goal-oriented with the ability to work independently Qualification: +2 and above
