3 . Execute collection activities in alignment with organizational policies and legal guidelines.

4 . Monitor debt collection agencies and field executives to ensure compliance with defined procedures.

5 . Maintain strict adherence to code of conduct and ethical collection practices.

6 . Identify and report fraudulent or non-compliant activities within the collection ecosystem.

7 . Coordinate with agencies and internal teams to ensure smooth execution of recovery processes.

8 . Track daily and monthly collection performance and ensure targets are met consistently.

9 . Maintain accurate records of recovery actions and customer interactions.

10 . Support dispute resolution and ensure fair treatment of customers during collection processes.

11 . Work towards minimizing delinquency rates through structured follow-ups and recovery planning.

12 . Ensure compliance with regulatory and organizational standards in all debt management activities.
