About the Role
As an HR Operations Intern, you will support HR operations, onboarding, employee engagement, compliance, and HR administration.
Responsibilities
- Support background verification (BGV) and onboarding compliance
- Maintain HR trackers and employee records
- Coordinate onboarding documentation and new joiner activities
- Prepare HR reports and operational updates
- Assist with employee recognition programs and tenure awards
- Draft employee communications and engagement announcements
- Coordinate with HR Business Partners and administration teams
- Ensure timely completion of HR operational processes
