Role Description This is a full-time role for a Technical Recruiter based in Goa, with flexibility to work from home. The Technical Recruiter will manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding. Responsibilities include identifying and engaging top technical talent, facilitating the recruitment process, coordinating interviews, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience. The selected individual will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand organizational needs and help build a high-performing technical team. Candidate must have experience in hiring for Microsoft vendor/contract roles, someone who understands the Microsoft ecosystem and has sourced profiles for IT, engineering, or project-based positions. Qualifications Proficiency in Full-Life Cycle Recruiting and Hiring Proven expertise in Technical Recruiting and Recruiting practices Strong interpersonal and Communication skills to build relationships with candidates and stakeholders Ability to assess technical skills and find talent that aligns with organizational goals Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment platforms Knowledge of IT technologies and technical roles in the industry Experience in a hybrid working environment is a plus Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a relevant field
