Data Entry Associate

About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Associate to join our team in Pune. As a Data Entry Associate, you will be responsible for accurately entering and maintaining purchase transactions in Tally, creating and updating Purchase Orders (POs), and recording purchase invoices and supplier details.

Responsibilities

• Accurately enter and maintain purchase transactions in Tally
• Create and update Purchase Orders (POs) in coordination with the Purchase team
• Record purchase invoices, GRNs (Goods Receipt Notes), and supplier details in Tally
• Maintain and update vendor accounts and purchase registers
• Assist the Purchase team with data entry and documentation
