About the Role

As a Strategy and Operations Analyst at AxureOne, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth by analyzing market trends, optimizing operations, and developing effective strategies. Your primary responsibility will be to collect and analyze data from various sources, identify areas of improvement, and implement changes to enhance business performance. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of projects and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges that impact business growth.
• Develop and maintain dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with product teams to design and implement product growth experiments, analyzing results to inform future product development.
• Develop and maintain GTM strategies to drive business growth, working closely with sales and marketing teams.
• Analyze data from various sources, including AI tools, to identify areas of improvement and develop recommendations for process optimization.
• Develop and maintain presentations to communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders, using tools like PowerPoint.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of projects and initiatives, using tools like MS Excel for data analysis.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and analyze data from various sources.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, with experience in data analysis and visualization.
• Experience with AI tools, such as machine learning algorithms and natural language processing.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to develop and deliver presentations to stakeholders.
• Experience with GTM strategies and product growth experiments, with a strong understanding of market trends and consumer behavior.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
