Job Description: Grade / Title Job TitleRB - Affluent Business:Burgundy Private Product TeamGrade DepartmentRB - Affluent BusinessNo. of Positions LocationCorporate Office, MumbaiReporting Authority Job Name No. of Direct ReportsTeam Size Job Description .Manage core Burgundy Private Proposition - Job involves managing the core Burgundy Private Product and proposition - such as ensuring the program benefits are enabled on SA, CA, Digital Banking platform, Lockers, Fees & Charges. This role involves not only maintenance of the activities, but ensuring the same is regularly aligned to the market competition. .Ensuring products enhancements - across product lines such as - Debit Card, Credit Card, Payments, Retail Assets, Edge rewards, Retail Forex, Remittance & Investment - liasioning with the relevant key stake holders to ensure product enhancements and smooth functioning of exiting product led journeys. .Manage projects and initiatives that are required to be executed for product offering for Burgundy Private segment on an ongoing basis. .Managing process efficiency - connecting extensively with CLH, CPU, NR operations, Risk, CMC/ PMC, BSG & IT teams for taking up process enhancements journeys for smooth functioning of all the process relevant to internal (Partner & service team) and external (client led journey) stake holders. This role will provide opportunity to work end to end on process enhancement initiatives. .Manage all the Audit, Regulatory and CARO led requirements of the team. .Burgundy Private Brand - Build and Amplify - This role will also involve taking led in multiple clients led initiatives such a Burgundy private experience, client gifting opportunities, curating multiple collaterals as sales enabler, and also ensuring right presence of the branding in social media pages. This aspect will require close coordination with marketing & corporate communication team. Key role also involves tracking efficacy of each of the campaigns executed. .Identify, present, and execute innovative solutions / opportunities to make the Burgundy Private product offering stronger, keeping in mind latest market trends & with the help of consumer insight studies. .Undertake market benchmarking on a regular basis to improvise Burgundy Private offering and ensuring our offering is the best in the market place. .Provide support to Burgundy Private Partners / Service Partners in the form of training intervention, knowledge enhancement, guidance on proposition/process related queries and resolution of issues being faced by them / their clients. Key Relationships (Internal or External Stakeholders)Internal stake holders such as: Marketing, Customer Experience Team, Website Management Team, Other Product teams, IT, BIU, Operations, Risk, CMC/ PMC, Compliance & Coverage team, etc. External stake holders include multiple vendors across - Gifting, events, experiences platform, etc Major Competencies Required.Good interpersonal skills and a strong team player .Ability to work and influence in a cross functional setup .Project management and Time Management skills .Ability to analyze processes and reengineer them .Strong communication skills and good analytical skills .Must be a self-starter .Language proficiency .Good grasping capability Academic Qualifications / Nature of Relevant Work Experience Required.Graduate/Post-Graduate (MBA from a recognized institute)
