About the Role

In this role, you will be working closely with the finance team to analyze business performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to drive business growth. Your primary responsibility will be to design, develop, and maintain financial models, dashboards, and reports that help the organization make informed decisions.

You will be working with various tools and technologies to extract, transform, and load data from multiple sources, and then create visualizations and reports to communicate insights to stakeholders.

This role is ideal for an MBA fresher or someone with up to 2 years of experience in finance, business intelligence, or a related field who is looking to develop their skills in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop financial models, dashboards, and reports to analyze business performance and provide insights to stakeholders.
• Work with the finance team to create and maintain budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.
• Develop and maintain data visualizations and reports using various tools and technologies.
• Analyze data from multiple sources to identify trends and provide actionable insights.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and develop solutions.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in financial planning and business intelligence.
• Develop and maintain documentation for financial models, dashboards, and reports.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting concepts.
• Experience with financial modeling tools such as Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or D3.js.
• Knowledge of database management systems such as MySQL or SQL Server.
• Experience with data analysis and statistical techniques.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
