Role Description We are seeking a dedicated Sales Executive for a full-time, remote role at Avient Corporation. The Sales Executive will identify and build partnerships with customers, develop and execute sales strategies, and achieve revenue targets. Responsibilities include managing accounts, analyzing market trends, preparing proposals, and collaborating with internal teams to align customer needs with Avient solutions. The role also involves providing exceptional customer service and identifying growth opportunities to expand the client base. Qualifications Strong sales and business development skills with the ability to drive revenue growth and close deals Capability to build and maintain client relationships, manage accounts, and deliver excellent customer service Proficiency in market research, identifying trends, and leveraging insights to inform strategy Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Experience in materials science, advanced technologies, or related industries is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working in a remote environment Familiarity with CRM tools and sales data analytics preferred
