Data Analyst

About the Role

The Data Manager supports the Global Multimedia Services Group (Video Production, Event Production, Technical Operations, and Executive Support) within the Operations function.

Responsibilities

This role is responsible for downloading weekly operational data, validating data integrity, cleaning and standardising datasets, and reconciling information across multiple internal systems.

• Download and consolidate operational data from multiple in-house systems on a weekly cadence.
• Process, validate, and clean data in Excel to a very high standard.
• Reconcile datasets against operational calendars and other source systems.
• Maintain and update project/work-order data.
• Prepare structured data for further analysis.
• Produce new excel reports as required.
• Identify trends, anomalies, and recurring data-quality issues.
• Continuously improve data collection, validation, and reporting processes.
• Provide weekly and monthly status updates.

What You'll Need

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in data, finance, business operations, analytics, or a related field.
• Advanced Excel proficiency.
• Experience supporting project or operational workflows.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent time-management and organizational skills.
• High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
