About the Role
As a Sales and Marketing Assistant at Avansoar Softech Private Limited, you will be responsible for supporting the sales and marketing teams in generating leads, communicating with clients, and managing client relationships. Your day-to-day tasks will involve creating and implementing marketing strategies, conducting product demonstrations, and participating in promotional activities to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in lead generation through various marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, and event promotions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products or services.
- Conduct online and in-person product demonstrations to showcase the company's offerings and address client queries.
- Manage and maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales data, and marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to design and implement promotional activities, such as events, webinars, and social media campaigns.
- Support business growth initiatives by analyzing market trends, identifying new opportunities, and developing strategies to capitalize on them.
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding to client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring timely follow-up on sales and marketing activities.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Basic knowledge of marketing automation tools and social media platforms.
- Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and software.
- 0-4 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in a related industry.
