About the Role
Handle end-to-end US recruitment lifecycle for Permanent positions. Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other sourcing channels. Screen and evaluate candidate profiles based on client requirements. Conduct initial HR discussions and assess candidate fitment. Coordinate interviews and maintain regular follow-ups with candidates and hiring managers. Maintain candidate pipelines and update records in ATS/internal trackers. Ensure timely delivery of quality profiles within defined turnaround times. Build strong relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
