Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospective customers and handle inbound sales inquiries. Present, promote, and sell products/services over the phone. Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Maintain accurate records of calls and sales in CRM systems. Follow up on leads and ensure customer satisfaction. Requirements: Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a similar sales role. Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
