About the Role

We are seeking an Apprentice to join our HR Shared Services team in Bangalore. As part of this role, you will provide proactive and effective HR support to employees and managers across the UK region.

Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, ensuring compliance with regional policies, and deliver high-quality service through tools like Workday and ServiceNow.

• Manage employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, background checks, absence management, and job data changes.
• Handle complex HR transactions, resolve queries, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with global HR teams, Centres of Excellence, and stakeholders across the UK/Global Region.

• Strong administrative capabilities and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service skills and a customer-centric approach.
• Good IT skills, particularly in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Fluent English language skills with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
