Key Account Executive - Modern Trade Company: Astral Adhesives Department: Modern Trade - Sales Locations: Chennai, Kolkata & Delhi Role Overview Astral Ltd. is looking for a highly driven Key Account Executive (KAE) to manage and grow Modern Trade business in the assigned market. The role demands strong on-ground execution, sell-out ownership, and merchandiser management , ensuring high availability, visibility, and promotion compliance across stores. Key Responsibilities Drive sell-out growth across all assigned Modern Trade outlets Ensure execution of promotions, schemes, NPD launches, and assortments Manage and grow business with regional Modern Trade chains Ensure product availability, stock cover, and replenishment coordination Handle and supervise merchandisers to maintain execution discipline Coordinate with store managers, distributors, and internal sales teams Monitor and improve in-store visibility and brand presence Track secondary sales, stock levels, and execution gaps Share regular updates on sales performance, risks, and competitor activities Key Accountabilities Ownership of sell-out performance in the assigned geography Execution quality across stores and regional chains Productivity and performance of merchandisers Availability and visibility of products in stores Ways of Working High ownership with minimal supervision Strong focus on execution and closure Hands-on field-driven approach Ability to own and run the market independently Apply Now: [HIDDEN TEXT] WhatsApp: 8353912032
