Job Title: EXECUTIVE N - ADHESIVES SALES

Location: Hyderabad / Secunderabad, Telangana, India

Responsibilities

  • Drive sales of focus products through the distributor network for a given geographical area.
  • Nurture and manage stakeholders through focus on lead conversion, penetration of new and core products, integration with other verticals and stakeholder management.
  • Conceptualize and execute field marketing activities around identified focus products to increase adoption and depth in the market.
  • Build a healthy distributor network for the region to drive growth month on month.
  • Manage a large team of off-roll employees to generate sales, develop the category and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Support the sale of focused products by arranging shop meets, implementing schemes and ensuring timely settlement of schemes for stakeholders.
  • Apply best practices of handling distributor network for the company.
  • Work closely with stakeholders like carpenters, masons to generate market for focus products.

What You'll Need

  • Graduate degree in any stream with a minimum of 50% marks throughout education without any backlogs.
  • Desirable: MBA/PGDM in Sales and Marketing.
  • Experience in any role in Sales and Marketing, with a focus on distributor handling.
  • Product knowledge, analytical skills, verbal and written communication, decision-making and problem-solving, negotiation skills, and planning and result orientation.
  • Proficiency with MS-Office, MS-Excel, and Tally.
