About the Role
We are expanding our Sales Team in Pune Location and planning a hiring drive on 3rd July 2026 from 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM.
As a Project Sales Executive, you will oversee the expedient sale of units within the designated project.
Responsibilities
- Deliver precise and pertinent information regarding unit/project pricing, delivery schedules, and specifications through site visits.
- Address customer inquiries via telephone and email within stipulated time frames.
- Collaborate with back-office, legal, and accounts departments to streamline documentation processes.
- Administer existing payment collections and ensure their timely execution.
- Cultivate and sustain robust relationships with prospective and current clients.
- Consistently update client and sales data on the Salesforce platform daily.
What You'll Need
- Passionate about Sales, self-motivated and enthusiastic professional with 0-1 years of work experience (real estate background).
- High on integrity, energy & enthusiasm.
- Passionate about adding value and creating high impact.
- Measure success by achieving both customer delight and consistently achieving numbers.
- Highly intellectual and good at objection handling.
