We are looking for an experienced Azure Data Engineer with strong expertise in the Microsoft Azure data ecosystem. The role involves designing and implementing scalable data solutions using Azure services to support analytics, reporting, and business intelligence initiatives. Certifications: DP 700 MS Fabrics is Mandatory Key Responsibilities: • Design and develop end-to-end data pipelines using Azure services • Build and maintain ETL/ELT processes using Azure Data Factory (ADF) • Develop scalable data solutions using Azure Databricks and PySpark • Manage and optimize data storage solutions (Azure Data Lake, Blob Storage) • Implement and maintain data warehouses using Azure Synapse Analytics • Ensure data quality, governance, and security standards • Integrate data from various sources including APIs, databases, and flat files • Collaborate with Power BI teams for reporting and visualization • Monitor and troubleshoot data pipelines and workflows • Optimize performance and cost of Azure data solutions ________________________________________ Required Skills & Qualifications Hands-on experience with: • Azure Data Factory (ADF) • Azure Databricks • Experience in data modeling (Star/Snowflake schema) • Understanding of ETL/ELT frameworks and best practices • Knowledge of data integration and transformation techniques • Familiarity with REST APIs and data ingestion patterns • Experience with version control tools (Git) Preferred Skills • Experience with Power BI integration and data modeling • Knowledge of Azure DevOps & CI/CD pipelines • Exposure to real-time streaming (Azure Event Hub, Stream Analytics) • Experience with Delta Lake architecture • Familiarity with data governance tools (Purview) ________________________________________ Key Competencies: • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Effective communication and stakeholder management • Ability to work in agile environments • Continuous learning mindset
