About the Role

This role is a fantastic opportunity for entry-level individuals who want to grow into business development or business manager roles.

Responsibilities

• Assisting founders and senior team members on business projects across different divisions
• Creating and managing invoicing for clients and ensuring bank compliance for associated documentation
• End-to-end logistics coordination and maintaining product dispatch tracking
• Coordinating with sales team on order status and communicating timely updates to clients
• Following up with suppliers and courier partners on delivery timelines and order status updates
• Liaising with packaging vendors to ensure adequate and timely stock of materials
• Assisting the marketing team with data entry, campaign tracking, and performance reporting
• Assisting in preparing presentations and client documents for sales team

What You'll Need

• 0-3 years of professional work experience
• BBA/BCom or any other relevant degree from a reputed institution
• Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English
• Strong understanding of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word
• Ability to work independently and multi-task
• High attention to detail and organization
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
