Role Description: We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented HR Intern to support recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR operations. This internship offers practical exposure to talent acquisition and people operations within a fast-paced work environment. Key Responsibilities: Assist in creating and posting job openings on various hiring platforms. Source and screen candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, and other recruitment channels. Coordinate interview scheduling with candidates and internal stakeholders. Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate records. Support internship and campus hiring initiatives. Assist with onboarding documentation and joining formalities. Coordinate employee induction and engagement activities. Maintain HR documentation and employee records. Support attendance tracking, HRMS updates, and HR communication activities. Assist with general administrative coordination and office operations. Eligibility Criteria: Pursuing or recently completed MBA (HR), BBA, B.Com, Psychology, or a related field. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Basic understanding of recruitment and HR processes. Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets. Organized, proactive, and eager to learn.
