About the Role

As a Customer Service Advisor at Artech L.L.C., you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and resolving issues via phone, email, and chat. You will work closely with the HR team to provide support and guidance to customers, ensuring a positive experience. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide HR support to customers, including answering questions and resolving issues related to recruitment and employee services.
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls, as well as emails and chats, to ensure seamless customer communication.
  • Work with the HR team to develop and implement self-service portal solutions to improve customer experience.
  • Monitor and maintain high-quality call data, adhering to established standards and guidelines.
  • Collaborate with the recruitment team to provide support and guidance to customers, ensuring a smooth hiring process.
  • Stay up-to-date with company policies and procedures, and communicate changes to customers as needed.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Customer Service: Proven experience in providing excellent customer service, with a focus on resolving issues and meeting customer needs.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • HR Support: Knowledge of HR principles and practices, with the ability to provide support and guidance to customers.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in using self-service portal software, as well as other technical tools and systems.
  • Degree: Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Business Administration or Communications.
  • Certifications: Relevant certifications, such as customer service or HR certifications, are a plus.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
