About the Role

As a Graduate Engineer Trainee in Engineer Sales Support at Armstrong Design, you will be involved in providing technical assistance and support to the sales team. This role requires a strong understanding of mechanical engineering principles and the ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support and assistance to the sales team on HVAC-related products and services.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Conduct site visits and assessments to identify customer requirements and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop sales strategies and proposals that meet customer needs.
  • Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide expert advice to customers.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, or Electronics.
  • Strong understanding of HVAC systems and principles.
  • Proficiency in ERPs and CRM software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
