Business Development Executive
About the Role
Key Responsibilities: The opportunity: Fixed salary + Commissions on each sale with no cap on commissions
This is a high-impact, individual-contributor sales role. You will be the first point of human contact for prospects who have already shown interest in Arow app— through our ads, app downloads, and sign-ups. Your mission is simple: convert warm inbound leads into paying customers. No cold calling from scratch. You get warm leads. You close them.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Follow up promptly with inbound leads generated through digital ads, app downloads, and free sign-ups
2. Engage prospects via calls, WhatsApp, and email to understand their needs and demonstrate how Arow solves their specific pain points
3. Guide prospects through the buying journey — from initial interest to a paid subscription
4. Maintain a structured pipeline and log all activities and follow-ups in the CRM accurately
5. Meet and exceed monthly conversion targets and revenue goals
6. Collect prospect feedback and relay market insights to the product and marketing teams
7. Build lasting relationships that lead to referrals, upsells, and renewals
