Reinforcement Learning Research - Internship

About the Role

As a Reinforcement Learning Research Intern at Arakoo, you will be working on developing and implementing reinforcement learning algorithms to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of software systems. Your primary responsibility will be to design and conduct experiments to evaluate the performance of these algorithms in real-world scenarios. You will also be collaborating with the research team to identify areas of improvement and implement new techniques.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and conduct experiments to evaluate the performance of reinforcement learning algorithms in real-world scenarios.
• Develop and implement reinforcement learning algorithms using C Programming and Rust.
• Collaborate with the research team to identify areas of improvement and implement new techniques.
• Analyze and interpret results from experiments to inform the development of new algorithms.
• Document and present research findings to the team and stakeholders.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in reinforcement learning and its applications in software development.
• Contribute to the development of innovative solutions and products.

Skills & Qualifications

• C Programming: Proficiency in C programming language and experience with its applications in software development.
• Rust: Experience with Rust programming language and its use in developing efficient and safe software systems.
• Reinforcement Learning: Knowledge of reinforcement learning concepts and algorithms, including Q-learning, SARSA, and Deep Q-Networks.
• Software Development: Experience with software development methodologies and tools, including version control systems and agile development practices.
• Bachelor's or Master's Degree: A bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
