Shipping Documentation Officer
About the Role
Sales Administration Support the sales team with order processing, documentation, and coordination Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and customer data updates Handle customer inquiries related to orders, deliveries, and documentation Maintain accurate sales records, pricing details, and contracts Coordinate internally with finance, operations, and planning teams Logistics & Supply Chain Support Coordinate shipment planning, dispatches, and delivery schedules Prepare and manage logistics documents (invoices, packing lists, B/L, CO, etc.) Liaise with freight forwarders, CHA and customs queries Track shipments and update customers and internal teams on shipment status Resolve delivery issues, delays, or discrepancies General / Administrative Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures Support audits and internal reporting requirements Assist with process improvements in sales and logistics operations
