About the Role

This Talent Acquisition Associate role is a high-ownership position that involves end-to-end hiring across the company, including building and managing hiring pipelines, sourcing and screening candidates, and coordinating interviews and assessments.

As a key member of the Arctic Engine team, you will work closely with internal stakeholders to deliver high-quality training data at unmatched scale and speed, leveraging the native access to Apna's 60M+ workforce.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and manage hiring pipelines across multiple concurrent roles as they come up.
  • Source and screen candidates via Tally forms, referrals, and job boards.
  • Draft and send candidate communication (outreach, screening, offers, rejections).
  • Coordinate interviews and assessments with internal stakeholders.
  • Track pipeline status and maintain hiring trackers/spreadsheets.
  • Support onboarding coordination for new hires.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Talent Acquisition experience (fresher or 0-1 years).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills (English required, Hindi preferred).
  • Comfortable with spreadsheets, forms, and fast-paced coordination.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • Tally ERP skills.

In this role, you will gain direct exposure to the founding team, GTM, and ops functions at a fast-growing AI company, with a steep learning curve across recruiting, ops, and GTM in your first year.
