About the Role
In this role as a ServiceNow AI Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing AI-driven workflows using ServiceNow's MCP and Agentic Workflows. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to automate business processes and improve operational efficiency. Your primary focus will be on integrating AI capabilities with ServiceNow's platform to create intelligent workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop AI-driven workflows using ServiceNow's MCP and Agentic Workflows.
- Integrate AI capabilities with ServiceNow's platform to automate business processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvement and implement AI-driven solutions.
- Develop and maintain Flow Designer scripts to automate workflows.
- Implement Agile Scrum methodologies to manage project timelines and deliverables.
- Work closely with the development team to ensure seamless integration of AI-driven workflows with existing systems.
- Continuously monitor and evaluate the performance of AI-driven workflows and make recommendations for improvement.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in ServiceNow development, with a focus on MCP integrations and Agentic workflows.
- Strong understanding of AI concepts, including machine learning and natural language processing.
- Proficiency in scripting languages, such as JavaScript or Python.
- Experience with Flow Designer and Agile Scrum methodologies.
- Knowledge of ServiceNow's Now Assist AI Control Tower and AI-driven workflows.
- Certifications in ServiceNow development and AI-related technologies are a plus.
