About the Role

This Candidate Success Executive role is a vital part of the recruitment process at ANSR Global Private Limited, focusing on ensuring seamless coordination and communication throughout the interview process. Your primary goal will be to facilitate smooth interview logistics and maintain accurate candidate records.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple stakeholders, ensuring timely communication and calendar alignment.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process, providing clear instructions and status updates.
  • Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring requirements, timelines, and interviewer availability.
  • Manage interview logistics, including meeting coordination, video conferencing arrangements, and travel arrangements.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Facilitate interview feedback collection and follow-ups to ensure timely completion of evaluation and decision-making processes.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of interview coordination processes and workflows.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Proficiency in MS-Word and MS-Excel.
  • Excellent English Proficiency (Spoken and Written).
  • Strong Interpersonal skills and Effective Communication skills.
  • Degree in any field (freshers with a strong academic record are encouraged to apply).
  • Basic understanding of applicant tracking systems (ATS).
