About the Role
Roles and Responsibilities · Assist in end-to-end coordination and execution of photo and video shoots — location setup, employee briefing, shot lists, on-day logistics, and raw footage backup immediately post-shoot · Plan and assist in shooting employee testimonials, culture reels, and highlight cuts formatted for LinkedIn · Serve as the day-to-day coordination point with the client's HR and EB team for shoot scheduling, employee availability and content approvals. · Support the planning and execution of brand collaterals — track design briefs, follow up with designers or vendors and ensure deliverables like digital banners, posters, and event materials are delivered on time and on brand · Organize photography from every shoot into a labelled, accessible asset library maintained throughout the internship · Attend regular client check-ins to align on upcoming internal events and engagements, content themes, and employee/Leadership stories to be captured and come prepared with status updates on pending assets · Track content performance metrics and maintain a content tracker covering everything in draft, review, and published stages across the engagement
