About the Role

As an HR Trainee at Ankura hospital for women & Children, you will be responsible for supporting the Human Resources team in various aspects of HR operations, including recruitment, employee onboarding, training, and development. Your day-to-day tasks will involve conducting training needs analysis, developing leadership development programs, and managing training schedules.
