HR Trainee

About the Role

As an HR Trainee at Ankura hospital for women & Children, you will be responsible for supporting the Human Resources team in various aspects of HR operations, including recruitment, employee onboarding, training, and development. Your day-to-day tasks will involve conducting training needs analysis, developing leadership development programs, and managing training schedules. You will also be involved in creating assessment questionnaires and disciplinary processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct training needs analysis to identify skill gaps and develop training programs.
• Develop and deliver leadership development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
• Manage training schedules, including coordinating with trainers and ensuring timely delivery of training programs.
• Create assessment questionnaires to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
• Develop and implement induction programs for new employees.
• Assist in the development and implementation of disciplinary processes.
• Provide administrative support to the HR team, including maintaining employee records and updating HR databases.
