About the Role

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Aviation Management or a related field.
• Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Aviation Management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with students, colleagues, and industry professionals.
• Strong knowledge of aviation standards, regulations, and best practices.
• IATA certification or willingness to obtain it.
• Ability to develop and deliver engaging curriculum, with a focus on practical applications and real-world scenarios.
• Experience in teaching and mentoring students, with a proven track record of academic success.
