About the Role
In this Business Development Export Sales International BD role, you'll be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with international clients, and driving export sales growth. Your day-to-day tasks will involve market research, lead generation, and sales strategy development to expand our international presence.
You'll work closely with our sales team to develop and execute sales plans, analyze market trends, and provide insights to inform business decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and trends in international markets.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive export sales growth and expand our international presence.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients, including regular communication and follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Generate and qualify new leads through various channels, including referrals, online research, and industry events.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute sales plans, including setting targets and tracking progress.
- Analyze market trends and provide insights to inform business decisions.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and competitor activity to ensure our sales strategies remain effective.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies.
- Proficiency in sales software and tools, including CRM systems and sales analytics platforms.
- Experience in international sales or business development, with a strong understanding of export sales processes and regulations.
- Knowledge of market research principles and practices, with the ability to conduct thorough market research and analysis.
- Certifications in sales or business development, such as the Certified Sales Professional (CSP) designation.
