About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and target-driven Sales Executives to promote and sell loan products.

Responsibilities

  • Generate leads through telecalling, references, field activities, and other sales channels.
  • Contact prospective customers and understand their financial requirements.
  • Promote loan products such as Personal Loans, Business Loans, Home Loans, Loan Against Property (LAP), and Credit Cards.
  • Explain product features, eligibility criteria, interest rates, and documentation requirements.
  • Assist customers throughout the loan application process.
  • Follow up with customers until loan disbursement.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM/software regularly.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
  • Achieve assigned monthly sales and revenue targets.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and banking partners for faster loan processing.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and banking guidelines.

What You'll Need

  • Minimum Qualification: Any Graduate (12th pass candidates with relevant experience may also apply).
  • Experience: 0–3 years in BFSI, Loan Sales, Banking, Telecalling, or Direct Sales.
  • Freshers with good communication skills are welcome.
